SASO Energy Efficiency Registration Scheme (SASO EER)

  • Introduction to SASO EER Program:
SASO EER Program allows the applicant to obtain a license of using the Energy Efficiency Label/Certificate for the relevant EER products.
The EER label serves as a guide for consumers before purchasing the product in order to increase their awareness of the energy efficiency of the item before buying it.
  • What are the products under SASO EER Scheme?

  2.  Washing machines
  3. Refrigerators
  4. Freezers
  5. Lighting
  6. Electric Motors
  7. Tires
  8. Fuel Economy Label for new light vehicles
  • General Required Documents:
• A test report issued from an approved SASO laboratory
• A deceleration of conformity
• An image of the product
• A product labelling photo
• User or instruction manual
